Zaz-Pip menu translation is absent from base.po xlation file #9

the french menu title should be 'Zap-Pip' in place of 'Ouvert Pip'

'Zap-Pip Proxy settings' dialog title is equally missing from base.PO file

French dlg title should be 'Zaz-PIP Données mandataire (Proxy)'

the french menu title should be 'Zap-Pip' in place of 'Ouvert Pip'

'Ouvert Pip' is different that "Open Pip"?

this title menu set in Addon.xcu not in base.po

'Zap-Pip' is just as good !
